What is a Personal Licence?
A Personal Licence is 14 month student access to a BIOZONE title through the BIOZONE eBooks platform.
This licence will have limited functionality and is only available in an eBook LITE format. Users that purchase Single User Licences are unable to interact with other eBooks users.
Why can I not order multiple of the same product?
This site is reserved for Personal Licences which allow student users to receive 14 months of digital access to their BIOZONE titles.
eBooks can be purchased within a School Licence which have access to more features and
School licences must be purchased in class sets of at least 10 eBooks, you can find more information about School Licences through the following link:

How do I access my Personal Licence?
When you purchase a Personal Licence through this site an account will be generated using the email address you have provided.
After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with your login details.
Go to the site ebooks.thebiozone.com, enter your details and you will have access.
Where can I get support for my eBook account?
From the eBook platform, select the (?) icon in the top right of the screen. Here you will find support material and the ability to contact our IT support team without leaving the eBooks platform.
What features are available through the Personal Licence?
Titles provided within a Personal Licence are in the eBook LITE format. You can find out more about what features are available through this format through the following link

How quickly will I receive my licence after purchase?
Once your purchase is confirmed, an eBooks account will automatically be created for you.
Login details will be provided within your confirmation email.
Can I purchase an eBook PLUS format for Personal Licences?
No, only eBook LITE formats are available through Personal Licences.
What payment methods can I use?
We use Stripe for our online payment processing. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
