General Questions

What is available for homeschool students?

• Our Student Editions are available for everyone to purchase in print format, digital is only available for educational institutions.
• Teacher’s Editions are only available to schools when purchasing 20+ copies of the Student Editions.
• Unfortunately we do not provide our suggested answers to homeschoolers.
• Additional resources for homeschool parents/tutors such as classroom guides and pacing guides are available for download from our website.
• Shipping has a minimum charge of  $20 per order.

What do I need to know about shipping?

Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are calculated as 12.5% of the value of your order, to a minimum of $20.00. Rates are negotiable for bulk orders – please contact the Sales Team for more information.

Duties and Taxes
Please note that BIOZONE is not responsible for duties and taxes arising from shipments sent to outside the United States.

Transit Times
BIOZONE endeavours to have your product couriered to your doorstep within 5 working days of your order being placed and paid for.
If you haven’t received your products within 7 working days of ordering and your tracking details are not working please contact our Sales Team.

Shipping Consolidation
If your order contains one or more backorders or out-of-stock items, then we will wait until all products are in stock before dispatching. If you would like a split delivery, please place a separate order for pre-order items. Please note that split delivery will incur additional shipping fees. What is your return policy?

Returns Policy
Goods are returned at your expense. Returned goods must arrive in original condition otherwise you will be charged for them. Unused workbooks (in original condition) may be returned for a full credit (less the original shipping charge) no later than 30 days following delivery.

You must first contact BIOZONE for a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number to return goods. Returned goods will not be accepted nor any credit given without an RMA number accompanying the returned goods.

Please note that this applies to print product only – our software is sold on a firm sale basis.

What is the renewal process

• BIOZONE does not autoship books each year. The district can contact us or we will contact them to arrange an appropriate ship date.
• Some districts provide a preferred delivery date for subsequent years during the initial order. Customer Service will verify before the delivery that the address is open for deliveries during the summer break.
• If no date is given, a BIOZONE Resource Advisor will follow up before the end of the school year to gather the following information:

• • Updated editions – if there is an updated editions, do they want to transition
  • Change in Quantities
  • Delivery date and address of print books
  • Date/s to access Student and/or Teacher resources

How do customers receive their BW digital access codes?

An email will be sent requesting the preferred start date/s to access student and/or teacher resources.  Additional information will be requested via a BIOZONE WORLD Digital Platform Admin Form sent by our Customer Service Team.   Once the form has been completed, we will provide setup information.

How are they handled each year on a 7 year adoption?

The process is similar each year.  We will contact the school before the end of the school year.

What Learning Management System (LMS) can BIOZONE Integrate with?

• Classlink uses the OneRoster framework in order to provide both rostering into the BIOZONE World site as well as SSO services. Schools and Districts wanting to use ClassLink will need to have a OneRoster compliant SIS in order to use this integration.
• Clever is a Single Sign-On service that also provides rostering. However, unlike ClassLink, you do not need a OneRoster compliant SIS in order to use. All you need is a Clever account. Just request to sync with our BIOZONE eBooks, filter the users you wish to sync with our site and we will sort the rest!

Rostering

Logins are managed by BIOZONE Super administrators and also, district elected app administrators. Each student and teacher have their own individual logins. Rostering, enrollment and account creation are automated via Classlink or Clever integrations.
